We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Entry Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and detail, along with exceptional communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customs entry Filing
- ISF filing
- Prepare and process import documentation in compliance with U.S. customs regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of entry summaries and other required documentation for customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing and storage of documents in paperless environment.
- Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for efficient document management and communication.
- Collaborate with the brokerage and freight forwarding teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
Qualifications:
- 1 Year Experience in customs brokerage or freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in paperless environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
